Kash Trivedi is a Partner at Capital City Public Affairs. Prior to joining Capital City Public Affairs, Mr. Trivedi was co-founder and partner at Terminus South, a leading government relations firm in Atlanta. Mr. Trivedi has also served as one of the leading healthcare lobbyists in Georgia at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) as a member of the government affairs team. Mr. Trivedi’s oversight included leading efforts on Certificate of Need (CON) reform and managing several lobbying firms. Before his work at CTCA, Mr. Trivedi lobbied for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta — the state’s largest Medicaid provider — and focused on securing

Medicaid funding and increased provider rates for the organization, including its Marcus Autism Center. In 2015, his CHOA government affairs team successfully lobbied for mandated autism insurance coverage for children.

Mr. Trivedi began his government affairs career working for the Georgia House Appropriations Committee, building relationships with key committee and staff members, and learning the state’s budgetary processes. Mr. Trivedi also worked in government affairs at the Georgia Department of Labor (DOL) for current Commissioner Mark Butler, and in this role, Trivedi was heavily involved in the appropriations process, including securing funding for the fifty-three (53) DOL career centers around Georgia.

Mr. Trivedi was one of the earliest supporters of now Governor Brian Kemp and served as a policy advisor during the 2018 campaign. Away from the Capitol, Mr. Trivedi currently serves on the Georgia Southern University Foundation Board of Directors, and in 2019 was the recipient of the 40 under 40 graduated of Georgia Southern.

Mr. Trivedi graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, as well as receiving a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Valdosta State University. Hailing from Valdosta, GA, Mr. Trivedi lives in Smyrna with his wife Natalie, their two sons Krishan and Kalem, and dog Butters.
